The founder
Aakash Batra, Pune
Technology taught Aakash systems. Marketing taught him attention. Sales taught him that attention is wasted when the next conversation never happens.
Across businesses he kept seeing the same pattern: owners paid for enquiries, and lost them after they arrived. A late reply, a brochure instead of an answer, a follow-up nobody sent. Not one dramatic failure, just small gaps every day.
