Website information

When you contact The Wise Parrot, we may receive your name, business name, email address, phone number and the information you choose to share. We use it to respond to enquiries, provide requested services, manage customer relationships and improve our processes.

Leakage Check

The Revenue Leakage Check calculates your estimate in your browser. We record which options are picked at each step, anonymously (no name, number or email; a deal value only as a range), to see where people drop off and improve the check. Your answers reach us with your details only if you choose to send them in a WhatsApp message. A copy may be kept in your own browser’s local storage.

Conversation and implementation data

Customer implementations may process contact details, message content, lead status and business workflow data. The exact systems, purposes, access, retention and deletion process are defined in the applicable proposal, agreement or data-processing documentation.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics (Google LLC), which sets analytics cookies (such as _ga) to count visits and see how the site is used: pages viewed, buttons and links tapped, scroll depth, the referring website, campaign tags (UTM), approximate location and device type. Google processes this under its own policies (policies.google.com/privacy); you can block it with your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. We also use Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation), which sets cookies and records how pages are used (clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement) as session replays and heatmaps so we can fix confusing parts of the site. Clarity masks text you type into fields and other sensitive content by default; it is processed under Microsoft’s privacy statement (privacy.microsoft.com). We never see or store your IP address in these reports. We also run our own first-party analytics on our own servers: pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, which buttons are tapped (for example WhatsApp or Book a demo), Leakage Check steps, the referring website and campaign tags (UTM), approximate country/city and device type. We do not store your IP address, name, phone number or email with these events. A random session id is kept in your browser for the visit; if you tap OK on the privacy notice we also keep a random returning-visitor id. Tap No thanks, or turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, and nothing is recorded. Links in our emails may carry a tag that tells us the email was opened or a link was clicked, so we can follow up sensibly and stop writing to people who are not interested; reply STOP to any email and we will not write again.

Retention

Analytics events are kept for up to 13 months, then deleted or aggregated.

Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers used to deliver the website, communication, hosting, automation or integrations, subject to applicable agreements and lawful requirements. We do not sell personal data.
