Source: The Wise Parrot’s own WhatsApp conversation records for these accounts, read-only, for the 30 days to 26 Oct 2026. Counts are unique customers (phone numbers), not messages. A “first reply within 60 seconds” means the first message the customer sent in the period got an answer (from the bot or the business’s team) within 60 seconds. “From ads” means the chat carried Meta’s Click-to-WhatsApp ad referral. Client names are withheld; the business type is shown.

What the numbers say

The ads brought the patients: nine in ten chats came from Click-to-WhatsApp ads.

Patients asked real questions: most wrote three or more messages, and many asked about price, appointments or availability.

A third of messages arrived outside office hours, and they still got an answer within a minute.

What we do not claim

These numbers show replies, ad share and conversations. They do not show bookings or revenue, because payments happen outside WhatsApp and we only publish what we can show the maths for. See our evidence standard.
